The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Bombora Vodka, located at P.O. Box 6607, Leawood, KS 66206 ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is administered by VML, Inc., located at 250 Richards Rd., Kansas City, MO 64116 ("Administrator"). Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, dealers, agencies, manufacturers or distributors of Sweepstakes materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter.

There are two ways to enter: (a) Log onto www.bomboravodka.com/surfboard and follow the directions to enter during the entry period referenced above. You must include on the online entry form your first and last name, email address, cellphone number, birth date, city, state and ZIP code. All online entrants must have a valid email address. (b) Visit any of the retail locations listed on the "Where to Buy" section of the Bombora vodka website during the Sweepstakes period, complete the entry form and mail the completed entry form in an envelope with proper postage to Bombora Surfboard Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 6607, Leawood, KS 66206. All mailed entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2012, and received by April 9, 2012.

Winner will receive one (1) customized surfboard. Approximate retail value of the prize is $800.00. The winner will be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) business days of prize notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached within three business days from the date of the Sweepstakes drawing, or if he/she is found ineligible, or in the event of noncompliance with these Sweepstakes rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. At that time the winner will decide upon a design and will sign off on final approval of the design, and the board will be custom-made. Estimated time for production is six to eight weeks after final approval of the design. Additional charges could apply for shipping. Prize is nontransferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Limit: Three (3) entries per name/email address per day, regardless of the method of entry. A "day" is defined as 12:00:01 a.m. PT through 11:59:59 p.m. PT. You may enter the Sweepstakes under one name/email address only. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same email account or address, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry. The name of the authorized account holder associated with any email address will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple entries per person/email address in excess of the daily entry limit, or any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including but not limited to sweepstakes entry services) are prohibited and will void all entries by that entrant. Entrants assume all risk of lost, late, incomplete, illegible, stolen, undelivered or misdirected entries. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

Participation in Sweepstakes and acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants and winner agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administer, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for or participation in Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place or if prize cannot be awarded due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism.

Administrator will be collecting personal data about entrants online on behalf of Sponsor, in accordance with the privacy policy located at www.bomboravodka.com/privacy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to the collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the foregoing privacy policy.
